Smoked salmon on sourdough croutes with horseradish cream cheese and a caper & red onion salsa (GF & DF available)

Ham hock and pea terrine served with beetroot chutney and warm bread (GF/DF)

Salad of asparagus, chargrilled courgette, petit pois and edamame beans with a lemon and herb dressing (GF/DF/Ve)

Mains

Smoked paprika baked chicken breast on a sun-blush tomato and basil risotto (GF/DF)

Trout fillet pan-fried and served on crushed new potatoes with spring onion, coriander and a white wine cream sauce (GF/DF available)

Lightly spiced butternut squash, lentil and spinach filo wellington served with a Madeira sauce, vegetables and new potatoes (Ve/DF)

Roast leg of lamb – Roast loin of pork – Roast chicken breast – Five-Nut roast
