Dining ‘AL FRESCO’ – With the warmer weather coming (We are ever hopeful!) don’t forget our gorgeous patio and garden for drinks or dining, and our safe play area for children too.
Our next TAPAS NIGHT will be on Wednesday 31st May. A range of authentic dishes are available, as are Spanish wine and sherries. Booking is advisable but you could just come along and sit in the bar, as food is served from 7pm until 10pm that night.
GIN MASTERCLASS –
This was a great success. With 5 Gins tasted and the winning Mystery Gin and it’s mixer were Sacred Grapefruit gin with lemon thyme, grapefruit and Fevertree Mediterranean tonic – It is named the PICKUP, after it’s creator Liz. BEER FESTIVAL – May bank holiday 27th to the 29th. Our second year of hosting a beer festival, building on the success of last year. Live music, food, beer, cider – what more could you want?

Doug Whites butchers has closed January 2015 – having provided Braughing Sausages for the last 60 years. However we believe the Braughing Sausage should stay in Braughing – so we are offering the sausages for sale through the pub during opening hours. If you require larger amounts then these can be ordered for collection the same week.
